Valentino Uomo Intense Eau de Parfum Men's 3.4oz

Valentino Uomo Intense is a darker, more concentrated take on the original 2014 Valentino Uomo, built on mandarin orange and clary sage at the top, iris and tonka bean through the heart, and vanilla and leather in the base. Released in 2016 as a standalone flanker of the classic Valentino Uomo line — distinct from the later Born in Roma collection — it trades some of the original's fresh leather-tobacco lightness for a richer, more brooding leather-vanilla character.

On skin it opens with a citrus-herbal brightness that quickly gives way to a powdery iris-tonka heart, before settling into a warm, sweet leather base with good projection and above-average longevity, making it well suited to cooler weather and evening wear. It's worth noting this is a different fragrance line from Valentino's Born in Roma releases — sharing the Valentino Uomo name and a leather-vanilla sensibility, but built on its own distinct note pyramid rather than the Born in Roma DNA.
