Versace Man Eau Fraiche is a 2006 woody aquatic fragrance created by perfumer Olivier Cresp, opening with bright citrus and exotic fruit before moving into herbal, spiced territory. It opens with lemon, bergamot, carambola (star fruit), cardamom and Brazilian rosewood, develops into a heart of cedar, tarragon, sage and pepper, and settles into a base of musk, woodsy notes, saffron, amber and sycamore.

The zesty citrus-fruit opening gives way to a green, peppery heart and a musky, sycamore-woody drydown; projection is light-to-moderate with 5-7 hours of longevity, best for daytime and warmer months. Compared to the sweeter, mintier original Eros, Man Eau Fraiche is drier and more herbal, well suited to office or summer wear.
