We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, an 80% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items in our Trading Card Games collection are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. After this window, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5 days, less the restocking fee where applicable.
