  • Order Processing / Handling Time: All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of payment verification.
  • Dispatch Days: Monday through Friday. Orders placed over weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next operational business day.

Tracking & Insurance

Once your order leaves our London/Birmingham facility, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your verified email address. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
