This website is operated by Thriftize Shop ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your items and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Health and supplement products

Information about supplements, skincare and other health-related products is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Always read the label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store that we own, including text, graphics and layout, may not be copied or reused without our permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
