Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it under the terms below.

Return window

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@thriftize.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Free return shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

No restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. You'll receive a refund of the full price you paid for the returned item(s).

Condition of returns

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories and inserts included.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items such as supplements, skincare, cosmetics and fragrances can only be returned if the seal or protective packaging has not been opened after delivery. Sealed trading card products (booster boxes, bundles and Elite Trainer Boxes) must be returned with the factory shrink-wrap intact.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@thriftize.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Order cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it can't be cancelled through the store. If you no longer want your items, you can return them after delivery under this policy.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under consumer law, including the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
