At Thriftize Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because we hold and inspect all stock directly in our UK facility, we are highly confident in the quality of our items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive 14-Day Return Window.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in its original manufacturer packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Since we dispatch packages quickly from our warehouse, once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow our standard return process once the package arrives.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations:

• Vitamins & Dietary Supplements: Cannot be returned once the security seal is broken or compromised.
• Fragrances & Cosmetics: Must remain sealed in their original plastic wrapping. Opened perfume bottles cannot be returned.
• Automotive Components: Cannot be returned if they show signs of installation, tool marks, or usage.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via email at support@thriftize.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and the correct return shipping address.
3. Package your item securely and send it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse staff, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
